W&M Burger

One of my Mom's favorite places to get a burger is W&M. Friday is her "errands day," and this is the place she always stops for lunch. W&M has been around for ages, and my parents always say how cheap the burgers used to be. Now, prices have undoubtedly gone up, but the people still flock there. It is always busy! And I know why- the burger is not your usual bland burger. It is so flavorful and sort of has a teriyaki taste to it- sweet and salty. To me, it tastes like a May's hamburger, but that grill taste is a winner. They do it just right.

Also, menu is short and sweet- basically just Plain, Cheese (lettuce and tomato), Deluxe (tomato, lettuce, onions), and Royal (cheese, tomato, lettuce, onions). Toppings include Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard and Relish. And they have some specials like Potato Salad or Crab Salad. Can't forget the fries too!

With just a few stalls in their small parking lot, I would suggest parking at City Mill, their neighbor. SHHH, keep this a secret! Btw, they are located in Kaimuki adjacent to City Mill and across the street from Fresh Catch. Expect to also wait a bit. They cook everything as ordered.

The Deluxe

Tomato Deluxe- hamburger with no onions.
All toppings except no Mayo.

Mine- Plain Cheeseburger with Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup.
Trust me- you don't need all the extras! The burger speaks for itself.

Couldn't figure this out at first, but it's
"No Let
No Rel"
for my order!

  1. I must say the worst parking lot ever! Come to think of it, I've never parked in their lot before. HAHA. Yummy, now I want a W&M burger. Ugh, too bad they aren't open right now.
