Sushi Boat (SF)

This will be a short post, but just wanted to add a little something about the food in SF. If you're ever in the Union Square area and are craving some good rotary belt sushi and Japanese food, head down Geary (off of Union Square) to Sushi Boat. It is located right next to a gallery- you can't miss it.

Now, like I have said before in previous posts (here and here), I am not a big fan of rotary/conveyer belt sushi. However, Sushi Boat does it well. At dinner, you can see a wide variety of sushi being made and placed on the boats, and not just the usual stuff. They offer much more than tobiko, maguro, salmon, etc. Here you can see caterpillar rolls being made, and not have to special-order it Finally!!
