Pineapple Room UPDATE!

When I really love a restaurant, I usually visit the place once a week. Call it an addictive personality, I call it love. This is how I feel towards Alan Wong's Pineapple Room. I've gone every week so far with mom- it's our favorite lunch spot. We definitely like to splurge!! 

Here's just a quick, short post on my mom's favorite dish. I, of course, had the Kalua Pig BLT, but my mom likes to shuffle between the Calamari Salad and this dish, Tempura-Battered Fresh Island Mahi Mahi. Comes on a Hoagie Roll with Caper Mayo and Tsuyu dipping sauce. She loves this, and finished every bite!
