Bac Nam

It was a cold, windy night and I was craving something warm. I did some research and we opted for some yummy Pho! I'd never been to Bac Nam, but after getting some suggestions from my friends, I decided it was a good choice and wouldn't disappoint.

Well.....it didn't! Their menu was large and everything looked delicious. It helped that there were pictures to go side by side with the menu items. I chose their Crab Chowder with Vermicelli, and my friend chose the Combination Pho loaded with assorted meats like tripe, brisket and rare beef. As for dessert, Two-colored Tapioca to finish! This was probably my favorite part of the meal ;)

For parking, there's a lot in the back of their restaurant or you can find street parking on King Street. We actually found a space right in front, right away!

Pho Thinh is next on my Pho list!

Loved that they gave one sauce per person, so you don't have to share.

Very pungent crab flavor. Might look spicy, but it's not! If you like crab, you will like this dish.

Two-colored Tapioca!
