North Shore Mini Vacay and Golf

Outside a cottage on #1 hole of Fazio

Sometimes, we all just need a little getaway to recoup, rejuvenate, and refresh one's self. So, when I had the chance to play in a 2-day golf tournament at North Shore's Turtle Bay and stay over at the luscious and beautiful hotel, I definitely did not turn it down. Here's a look at some of the things I got to enjoy!

While on the North Shore, there's a multitude of things I like to see, eat and do. Check out my other posts here, here, and here.

First stop on the North Shore before checking in- Giovanni's shrimp!

My view from my room! I kept the sliding door open all night, falling asleep to the waves and waking up to it with a bright blue sky. Breathtaking.
Poolside with a Lava Flow

Drank this all weekend

Tournament Day! Tanioka's bento to start!

Free Margaritas/Bloody Mary's, Cigars and Taco Sampler

Pedal to blend your Margarita!

Brunch before we leave :(

Manhattan Clam Chowder

Burger and Sliders. 3 different kinds of sliders- Beef, Kalua Pig and Poke. Poke was the best!!
Bye, North Shore. Had to have this one more time. Strawberry Banana Smoothie was the BEST.

  1. What a great weekend. Now, I'm craving shrimp scampi! I used to buy mine from the food trucks in Waikiki (kind of down a side road off of Lewers, a parking lot behind Prada area).
